Microsoft announces updated Surface Pen with 4096 pressure levels and tilt detection

Along with the announcement about the new Surface Pro device, Microsoft today announced the updated Surface Pen. The new Surface Pen will support 4096 pressure levels for great inking. It also features tilt detection. Both these improvements will allow anyone to paint with the artistic precision and control.

Microsoft claimed that this new Surface Pen is the fastest digital pen on the plant with just 21 milliseconds of latency. The new Surface Pen will come in 4 different colors: Platinum, Cobalt Blue, Black, and Burgundy.
