At Build 2017, Microsoft announced new Windows Store features for developers to reach more customers, improve your productivity and promote and monetize their apps and games. Microsoft today announced that they have enabled all those features to all developer accounts.

Microsoft now allows developers to upload up to 15 trailers to use in their Store listing. Some developers are already using this feature to promote their apps and games in Windows Store. To improve the time it takes to submit an app to Windows Store, Microsoft is now allowing developers to import/export their listings. The new pricing and availability page gives you additional options to drive users to first purchase.

Developers can also schedule price changes to indicate the date and time at which their app’s price should change. They can also now customize the pricing changes for specific markets. Microsoft has redesigned the Dev Center dashboard with a clean new interface, beautiful analytics, new account-level pages, integrated app picker and streamlined program switching.

  • More ways to promote your apps and drive user acquisition
  • More ways to manage schedules, prices and sales
  • Debug your apps more effectively by using CAB files
