During the Windows Developer Day event today, Microsoft today announced support for modern WebView control for Win32 apps. The modern WebView control is based on Microsoft Edge rendering engine instead of the old IE11 based web-control. Since it is based on latest Edge browser, developers can enjoy the latest HTML features including support for WebRTC and others.
