We saw a hack this morning which made is possible to load arbitrary documents on your Windows Phone 7, but unfortunately this would not allow one to actually open the documents on your phone.

At Marauderz Stuff they have released a web server for your desktop which allows one to load documents directly from your desktop in internet explorer on your phone, without needing to upload the document to Skydrive or tediously email each one.
