Today, 343 Industries announced in a blog post that they’re teaming up with Limbitless Solutions to create unique and inspiring Halo-themed prosthetic limbs for children in need.
As of 2019, Limbitless Solutions will add two Halo-themed options to their already wonderful and amazing lineup of designs for their 3D printed bionic arms.
We’re excited to announce our partnership with @MSStudiosBlog to provide an official @Halo themed, bionic arm to be made available to young heroes who – like the Master Chief himself – also routinely and triumphantly beat the odds.#3Dhope #UCF #GamingForEveryone #Halo #Bionics pic.twitter.com/RTM49bYFJe

The first of the two designs is a recreation of Master Chief’s own Mk. VI armor. The second design is a ‘multiplayer’ variant of the Mjolnir-inspired and personalized prosthetic.
The latter design allows for a wide range of color customization to ‘create a Spartan style as unique and heroic as the recipients themselves’.
343 Industries stated that one of their core missions at the studio is to “inspire heroes and deliver wonder” and that they’re “incredibly honored” to be able to collaborate with Limbitless Solutions.
Limbitless Solutions is a non-profit organization that aims to create affordable prosthetic limbs for children. The charity began in 2014 as a group of University of Central Florida students who wanted to help a family in need. Since then, they’ve grown into a full-time operation based at UCF in Orlando, Florida.
343 Industries is an American video game developer based in Redmond, Washington, who develop the Halo series. The company was established in 2007 by Microsoft Studios to oversee the development of the series following a split between Microsoft and Bungie. 343 is currently developing Halo Infinite.
