Oppo is all set for their April 10 event in China where the manufacturer will be launching its most ambitious camera phone till date, the Oppo Reno. The smartphone is all set to create a benchmark in the camera technology.
The Chinese manufacturer re-worked its pop-up selfie camera as per leak appeared on SlashLeaks. Oppo Reno looks reluctant in inheriting the existing square or rectangular shaped pop-up selfie camera. Instead, Oppo Reno to offer a wedge-shaped pop-up selfie camera and that according to me is a clever design choice. This will ensure sturdiness and, therefore, will be less prone to damages. You can see details about the wedge-shaped pop-up camera in the below video.
On the other side of the coin, you’ll have the latest Snapdragon 855 powering the device and a 4,065mAh of battery backup. The main USP of the smartphone is the 10x Hybrid zoom and according to Oppo, the 10x Hybrid zoom technology will make sure that you don’t lose quality while zooming any object.
Otherwise, you’ll find a 16MP wedge-shaped pop-up selfie camera, 48MP coupled with 5MP at the back. Rumors also suggest that the Oppo Reno might come in three new variants. Among them, the budget version will be rocking a Snapdragon 710 processor.
