Microsoft today announced that they are releasing new v8.38.76.134 Skype Insider Preview build on all platforms. This latest update brings support for personalized emoticons. In order to use these personalized emoticons, you can long press (on mobile) or right click (on desktop) to see other characters like Cat, Robot, or Monkey. Skype team also mentioned that you can now personalize how you share your hearts and ribbons.
