Google today announced an updated job search experience in the US that will allow people to easily find quality remote jobs. With this new experience, you ca now filter your location to “work from home” to see a list of job listings that match your needs. You also just search “work from home jobs” to find open roles in various industries. Google is also working with various job listing sites including Working Nomads, We Work Remotely and ZipRecruiter to index remote jobs with correct location requirements.
Google also announced new Schema.org markup for job locations and applicant location requirements to indicate work-from-home roles and any related geographic restrictions. Employers can use this markup to indicate remote job listings.
