After a tweet last week by Joe Belfiore we believed that the 3-column start screen would only be available to high end 1080P handsets, but of course the Nokia Lumia 1320 proved this to be wrong.
Joe has now corrected his error, saying it depended only in whether the screen was large or not, consistent with the leaked registry hack.
