Daily Deals site iBood.co.uk are offering the Huawei Ascend W2 on sale in UK for only £119.95, £80 down from the original price of £199.95. The newly introduced Windows Phone 8 handset features a 4.3-inch 800 x 480 WVGA IPS display, 1.4 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 512 MB RAM, 8GB of built-in storage and a micro SD expansion slot. It also has FM radio support and 5 MP camera that supports 720P video recording and playback. The screen also works with gloves, and the handset’s 1700 mAh battery claims up to 16 days standby time.
In addition it has a unique feature where the colour of the capacitive key backlight changes to match accent colour of the handset and is available in black, blue, yellow, and red, though iBood only appears to be offering the Black handset.
