Windows Mobile 6.5 was meant to only launch on the 6th October, but it looks like AT&T is jumping the gun.

MobilityDigest is on the scene again, reporting they have bought the HTC Pure from their local AT&T store.  The phone is available for $149.99 with a 2-year contract, after $50 mail-in rebate or only  $349.99 no-commitment.  A$30/month data plan is however required.
