It is no secret that Chromebook is growing in popularity. More and more PC manufacturers are joining the Chromebook bandwagon. HP wants to give it a boost to its Chromebook portfolio too.

HP is planning to launch its first ever 15-inch Chromebook with full-sized keyboard and number pad.

Inside the 15-inch laptop, you get Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of flash storage(another variant with double the storage is also available), integrated Intel HD Graphics 610 GPU. HP claims that the laptop can deliver 13 hours of battery life.

Other specs include a front-facing wide-angle camera with microphones built into it, built-in B&O speakers. The HP comes in two different color options – silver and blue. HP is bundling all these stuff inside a clamshell form factor for $449. The price is for the base model and will high as per the configuration you choose.

However, the laptop isn’t available for purchase just yet but as per HP’s official site the HP Chromebook 15 is “coming soon.” See the HP Chromebook 15 here.
