Indie hit Hollow Knight will finally be making its way to Xbox One next year alongside a physical edition of the game.

Hollow Knight developer Team Cherry has partnered with Skybound Games to make this happen. “Skybound immediately impressed us with their experience and their focus on quality,” Team Cherry stated. “And we can’t wait for them to deliver the definitive version of Hollow Knight into players’ hands.”

Hollow Knight is hitting Xbox One and PlayStation 4 sometime next year during the spring. An exact release date was unfortunately not revealed. It is unknown how much the physical edition will cost. The digital versions are priced at $14.99 on Steam and the Nintendo Switch storefront.

If you’re unfamiliar with the title, Hollow Knight is a 2D Metroidvania that received a significant amount of praise upon release for its atmosphere and gameplay. Since its initial release on Steam, it’s received a few free content packs as well that include new characters, quests, upgrades, and bosses.
