Today, Microsoft released a new update for the Outlook Mail and Calendar apps for Windows 10 Mobile. The update brings some major UI changes and brings the app much closer to the promised UI.

As you can see, the app now looks way more polished and finished. It not features some nice animations and is actually quite good to use. The latest update introduces some new icons for both of the apps as well, which makes the look even better. There are also some new features, for example folders are now pinnable to the start screen.
