Halo

Microsoft is launching a Halo experience for Windows Mixed Reality headsets launch later this month. Halo: Recruit will be available as a free download on October 17. While you won’t be playing around as any famous character, it’s still a great glimpse into the future of Halo. Maybe Halo 6 will feature a virtual reality mode because Microsoft did promise that Mixed Reality is coming to the “Xbox One family” of devices in 2018.

We can’t wait to get our hands on Halo: Recruit and hopefully it’ll blow us away. The title appears to be more like a demo than anything else, like the demos you experience at Microsoft Stores when trying out the HTC Vive. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we know more. Until then, be sure to keep Halo: Recruit in your minds because it’s coming very soon.
