xda_diamond As an owner of a HTC Raphael (Fuze in my case), I think that it’s one of the best devices out right now. It gets the job done with so many options for input. Yet it’s not perfect in every manner. One of the complaints on the device is the GPS lagging getting a lock with satellites.

That may now be a problem of the past as HTC has pushed out a GPS fix for the O2 XDA Serra. From what I’ve seen, it’s not a full ROM upgrade so install should be a cinch. GPS Lock-on is reported to occur much faster and in some cases, indoors as well. Click here! to download it.
