The GPD Pocket is either a throw back to a dying breed of pocketable PCs or the first of a new generation of ultra-mobile Windows 10 devices.
The result of a massively successful Indiegogo campaign, the GPD Pocket comes with a 7-inch touch screen display protected by Gorilla Glass 3. The device sports an inĀ Intel Atom X7-Z8750 Cherry Trail processor, 128GB and 8GB for the RAM, powered from 8-12 hours by a 7,000 mAh battery.
Professional reviewers MobileTechReview has taken the device in hand and have posted a detailed review (below) which is much more positive than the $500 price and Atom processor would suggest, noting great build quality, a good screen and a very usable keyboard.
