Google Duo low light

Poor lighting is the most frustrating part about video calls. Electric lighting in many places are not bright enough to make great video calls. In order to improve this experience, Google today announced a new feature in Duo called low light mode. This Low light mode will help you have a great video call even when the lighting conditions aren’t optimal. To enable this feature, start a video call on Duo and tap the toggle to make the feature on or off.

The video call will adjust so people in the frame are more visible when the phone detects dim lighting.

Google will start rolling out Low light mode to iOS and Android users this week.
