Google has announced a new update for Google Photos that brings Office Lens like feature to Google Photos. Microsoft announced Office Lens around 5 years back and the company has made the app available for almost every platform.
With the new Google Photos update, Google will now suggest users to crop out the extra background from documents like receipts. Once the photo has been taken, Google users can open the Photos apps and it will suggest them to crop the edges out of the photo. If the user decided to crop it they can just tap on the suggestion and Google will automatically remove the edges from the photo.
