Google + is Google’s new social network, and it seemed to have ignited a storm amongst techies, much like Google Buzz did.

Windows Phone 7 users who want to get into the network before Google shutters it will be pleased to know that Google is planning to release a Windows Phone 7 client.

This is according to a status update on the official Unofficial Google blog.  I expect they will have  an easier time certifying it than Google is having on the iPhone App Store, where their app has been languishing, awaiting approval, for the last 3 weeks.

Update: Unfortunately it turned out to be an Unofficial Google Blog.  It seems the Windows Phone 7 app may now only be delivered after Google + becomes irrelevant.
