If you’re reading this, then I have some terrible news for you: Steam’s iconic Steam Controller is officially sold out for good. On the bright side, the Steam Autumn Sale is now on!

That’s right, the Steam Controller is gone for good and not coming back. Valve says that it has now ceased production of the controller, meaning that if you didn’t manage to nab one at a 90% discount yesterday, you’re out of luck forever.

So farewell to thee, Steam Controller. With your unique design, including those iconic dual trackpads, and fully customisable control schemes, you will live on in the hearts of many.

I could go on, but I feel I’ve made my point, so let’s talk about the Steam Autumn Sale instead.

Goodnight, sweet prince.

While the Autumn Sale doesn’t host deep discounts like the Steam Summer and Steam Winter sales do, there are still some diamonds in the rough.

For example, you can currently pick up Terraria for 50% off, putting it at $4.99/£3.49. LEGO Star Wars – The Complete Saga has a 65% discount, meaning it can be yours for just $6.99/£5.42!

The Witcher: Wild Hunt currently sports a price tag of $11.99/£7.49 thanks to its generous 70% discount. Get it now and play it to prepare yourself for Henry Cavill’s depiction of Geralt in Netflix’s The Witcher adaptation when it hits on December 20th.

(Just maybe also ignore the fact that the Netflix adaptation is based off the books, not the games?)

Man of Medan, the first instalment in the ongoing Dark Pictures Anthology from the brains behind Until Dawn, is 40% off. It’s currently $17.99/£14.99 which, if our official MSPoweruser review of the game is anything to go by, is a pretty sweet deal.

You can shop all the deals in the Steam Autumn Sale by following the link here. The sale runs from November 26th until December 3rd, giving you plenty of time to decide whether you want to pick up games now or whether to wait it out until the Steam Winter Sale.

As a side note: the Winter Sale runs from December 19th until January 2nd. Happy gaming!
