Rumors are really heating up around the Lumia 940, and more evidence for the handset keeps showing up. The latest is the “Nokia” RM-1106 showing up on the GFXBench benchmarking site.
The entry confirms the device features a hexacore processor and QUALCOMM Andreno 430 GPU.
The device also has 1.5 GB of free RAM (which should mean 3 GB of RAM) and 27 GB of free storage (which should mean 32 GB storage) and has a 20 megapixel rear camera with 4K recording and 5 megapixel front facing camera with 1080P recording.
The screen is confirmed as 5.2 inches, with at least 1080P resolution, but this is believed to be cropped for the benchmark, with 2K believed to be the native resolution.
Not revealed in this benchmark is the rumoured Lumia 940 XL, which is expected to feature an Octacore processor, otherwise similar specs and a larger 5.7 inch screen.
The device is expected to be released towards the end of the year.
