HTC-One-8X-and-8S-Windows-Phone

Microsoft recently expanded the number of devices supported by the Windows Device Recovery tool to more than Lumia handsets, and today WindowsBlogItalia reports Microsoft has firmware available for the HTC 8X which would allow users to rescue devices bricked by the recent Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview.

If you are one of those unluckily enough to be affected, you can now download the latest version of the software for your Windows desktop here. Using the software is as simple as running it, plugging your phone in via USB and following the on screen instructions.
