Game or die; sorry, Ride or die, in Fast and Furious: Crossroads.

Developed by Project Cars developer Slightly Mad Studios, the previously-teased Fast and Furious title has finally been announced for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

Designed as a video game interpretation of the action-packed, balls-to-the-wall car-carnage-cacophony of the beloved movie series, Slightly Mad Studios’ new game appears to be very interesting indeed.

Described as a “team-based, vehicular-heist action game”, much like Need for Speed: Payback, the upcoming video game brings forth numerous actors from the movie series into video game form.

Not only does Vin Diesel return as series protagonist Dominic Toretto, but Michelle Rodriguez and Tyreese Gibson also return as their movie counterparts.

Featuring an authentic storyline, and packed with heroes, gadgets, cars and non-stop cinematic-style action, Fast & Furious Crossroads will deliver pulse-pounding gameplay both in single player story mode and a soon-to-be-revealed multiplayer mode.

TheFast & Furious Crossroads story mode expands the Fast & Furious universe—with Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson reprising their roles as Dom, Letty, and Roman in an action-packed adventure set across stunning global locations.

“Fast & Furious Crossroads is an authentic experience that stays true to the series by amplifying the signature elements that fans love – a star-studded cast, high-stakes story, over-the-top action, deep family ties and, of course, fast cars,” said Jim Molinets, SVP of Production, Universal Games and Digital Platforms.

The game has scheduled to release in May 2020.
