We have seen some pretty crazy stuff so far at MWC 2019 but Energizer took it to a whole new level today. The company which deals mostly with batteries has launched a new phone, USP of which is batteries.

Called the Energizer Power Max P18K Pop, the device’s main highlight is a massive 18,000 mAh battery. The battery combined with above-average specs makes it a really good phone to own. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to fit it inside the pocket as the phone is humongous. Energizer should probably bundle in a pair of jeans with the phone. Coming back to the phone, the Energizer Power Max P18K Pop comes with a 6.2-inch, 2160×1080 edge-to-edge display. Under the hood sits Helio P70 chip which is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The device also comes with five cameras in total- three on the back and two on the front. The Energizer Power Max P18K Pop uses pop-up cameras on the front to eliminate the notch issue. The phone’s massive 18,000 mAh battery provides a battery backup of 90-hour phone call and will last 50 days in standby mode. The device will take at least 9 hours to charge due to the massive battery size.

The phone is set to launch in September but I highly doubt anyone’s going to buy it as a primary device. Nevertheless, if you have cash lying around then you could probably buy the Energizer Power Max P18K Pop or go for one of those foldable phones.
