The sublime shooter sequel Doom Eternal is going to send your PC to Hell when the title enters into Xbox Game Pass PC.
Revealed by Xbox in a new blog post, the shooter will now be included in the PC version of Xbox Game Pass in just two days time! (That’s December 1st!)
The game’s release on the PC version of Game Pass follows suit with the Xbox One version entering the service back in October, following the reveal that Microsoft would be purchasing Zenimax Media for $7.5 billion.
Doom Eternal will be joining the video game subscription service along with the arrival of some all-new content in the form of the Super Gore Nest Master Level.
“Like previous Master Levels, the Super Gore Nest Master Level takes the original you know and love from Doom Eternal’s campaign and gives it a remix – adding more big bads and changing up combat encounters for a fresh, fast, and frenzied combat experience,” reads the description.
The Super Gore Nest Master Level even has multiple difficulties and modes that can give players a Gold Combat Shotgun skin if they can actually beat them all. Good stuff.
When we reviewed Doom Eternal earlier this year, we thought it was pretty darn great.
“Doom Eternal is the true return of id Software’s iconic first-person shooter series. If you thought that Doom 2016 was the ultimate return of classic FPS gameplay, look again. Compared to Eternal, 2016’s hardcore combat was just baby steps. This is the return of Doom: Long Live Doom Eternal,” reads our obviously very positive review.
