Discord, the emerging new chatting app for gamers doesn’t have an official app for Windows 10 app. But that didn’t prevent developers building their own Discord app for Windows 10 devices. Meet Discord Client, a new third-party Discord app for Windows 10 Mobile available for free on the Windows Store.

Discord Client isn’t a powerful app just yet, however. At the moment, the app is very basic as it only allows you to send text messages. You can’t send pictures or videos at the moment. The app also doesn’t seem to have the ability to create new channels and it also doesn’t support voice channels. The developer of the app states that he is planning to add more features to the app over time, so it’ll get better in the coming weeks or months.

“I got tired of waiting for someone else to make a Discord client so I threw one together. It’s pretty bare bones right now but lets you keep tabs on your channels while on the go. I plan on adding new features as I get free time. “

It is worth noting that as the app is based on the Universal Windows Platform, it could be coming to Windows 10 PCs, Xbox One, and other Windows 10 devices in the future. The app is available for free on the Windows Store, and you can get it from the link below.
