Suto Stream is unofficial Twitch.tv UWP client built for Windows 10. The app provides great UX/UI with the ability to play live stream and past broadcasts in windowed mode. Being an UWP app, Suto Stream support Continuum and is tailored for both touch and mouse/keyboard input as well as difference screen sizes. With support for Live tile, Notification and Cortana integration incoming, I believe Suto Stream is the best app for Twitch on Windows.
