Dell today announced the updated XPS 13 laptop with 8th Generation Intel processors. According to Dell, the updated XPS 13 will offer up to 44% more performance with 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and the new Dynamic Power Mode. The 8th gen Intel Core i7 processors now come with four cores versus two in the 7th gen. This increase in number of cores will improve the  performance while multi-tasking and running multiple applications.

Even after years of release, the XPS 13 still remains the the smallest 13.3 inch laptop on the planet, thanks to the InfinityEdge display. The XPS 13 with 7th Gen Intel Core i3 is already available in the U.S. now starting at $799. The new XPS 13 with 8th Gen Intel Core i7 will be available in the U.S. for $1399.99 from Sept. 12. Dell will start selling additional configurations in October.
