Microsoft flyttede til USB Type C på deres Surface-enheder i år, og nu følger Apple trop med lanceringen af den nye iPad pro ifølge en rapport fra analytiker Ming-Chi Kuo.
iPad Pro vil have Face ID og slanke rammer, en Apple vil tilføje en ny 18W USB-C oplader til enheden. Dette vil ikke være en dongle eller nogen form for tilbehør, Apple går i stedet All in på USB C for at bringe iPad-familien på linje med MacBook-linjen.
Apple has stuck to its own proprietary connectors on the iOS device line that this is the first time that the firm is opening up, at least a little. Apple is also rumoured to launch new iPhones this week as well. Instead of the iPhone XS and XS Plus, we’ll reportedly be getting the iPhone XS, XS Max and XR/XC/Whatever it’ll be called.
