China Mobile Variant Of Nokia Lumia 720 To Include CMMB Mobile TV Technology

Nokia yesterday revealed the Chinese variants of the Nokia Lumia 720 and Nokia Lumia 520 devices. Both these devices will be available under two largest operators in China, China Mobile and China Unicom.

TD-SCDMA variants Lumia 720T and 520T of China Mobile will be customised with local apps and China Mobile’s MM Mall section in Windows Phone Store. Nokia Lumia 720T will include a unique feature called CMMB. CMMB is a mobile TV technology from China Mobile which will let you watch Live TV without any data charges. WCDMA variants of Nokia Lumia 720 and Nokia Lumia 520 will come with with local apps and their own section in Windows Phone Store.
