Microsoft recently published an app in the Microsoft Store, designed to mesh your phone and PC more closely together.

Called “Your Phone”, the application appears similar to Continue on your PC, and promises to enable a window into your phone right from their PC for seamless transition of content like messages, photos and notifications across devices.

The Your Phone app is already available to download by Insiders on Windows 10 RS5 and can be found here.
