BookMyShow is the India’s largest entertainment ticketing website and their official app on Windows Phone platform allows users to book tickets for their favourite movies, events, plays and more.
Their latest update, to version 2.0.7.0, has brought some great new features, including support for QRCode-based tickets rather than needing to get a physical print-out at the theatre.
New in version 2.0.7.0 is:
- Credit Voucher : If we take money from you and are not able to issue a ticket because of problems at the cinema, you can use the same money to immediately book another ticket. If this happens, just follow the prompts in the app.
- m-ticket : For select cinemas, the app will give you the option to get an m-ticket. You can show this m-ticket (mobile ticket) at the cinema entrance directly. No need to collect a printed ticket from the box office pick up counter.
- UI Optimized for HD devices i.e 720p, 1080p.
- Improvements and bug fixes
