Amazon’s audible app may have been left to die for most of the Windows Phone 8 era, but the company isn’t repeating that error again with Windows 10.
Just in time for the launch of Microsoft’s lauded new OS, Audible has updated its Windows apps into a single Universal for both mobile and desktop. The new app features (yet another) refreshed design and is a fully universal app. I’m not really a big audiobook reader so I can’t say what’s new aside from that.
From the app description:
“Windows 10 features: – Download over 150,000 professionally-narrated audiobooks and periodicals to your device
– Pick up where you left off: sync your last position heard across all of your devices
– Control your listening experience with Cortana voice commands and button-free mode
– Navigate chapters, add bookmarks and notes, and control your narration speed – Access the Audible store to purchase more audiobooks
– Get insider information about author events and more with the Audible Newsfeed “
Download it from the app store via the link below and tell us what you think in the comments.
