At Computex 2016 today, Asus announced its new Transformer devices which look a lot like Microsoft’s Surface devices. The company today introduced the Transformer 3 Pro, the Transformer 3 and the Transformer Mini at the event.

The Transformer 3 Pro and Transformer 3 pack a 12.6-inchd display with a resolution of 2880×1920 pixels. The Transformer 3 Pro is only 8.35mm thick, and the device packs Intel’s 7th generation processor, up to 1TB SSD, 16GB of RAM, and a 13-megapixel front camera. On the other hand, the Transformer 3 has a thickness of 6.9mm, which means the device is thinner and lighter than the Transformer 3 Pro. The Transformer 3 also packs Intel’s 7th generation processor, up to 512GB SSD, and up to 8GB of RAM. Both of these devices has a USB Type-C port, a Thunderbolt 3 connector, Harmon Kardon speakers, USB 3.0 ports, built-in fingerprint reader for Hello and they’ll be available in Icicle Gold and Glacier Gray.

As for the keyboard, the Transformer 3 comes with a Cover Keyboard that offers “laptop-grade 1.4mm key travel”. The keyboard is backlit, which is definitely a nice feature. For the Transformer 3, Asus is offering the Transformer Sleeve Keyboard which will also offer 1.4mm of key travel. Both of the devices’ keyboards will be available in four colors: Stone, Charcoal, Taupe, and Amber.

Alongside the new Transformer 3 Pro and Transformer 3, there’s also a Transformer Mini which comes with a 10.1-inch display and weighs only 790 grams. There isn’t much info available on this device just yet.

Asus announced that the price of the Transformer 3 Pro starts at $999 while the smaller Transformer 3 will be available for $799. The company is yet to announce the release date for these devices.
