For those of you lucky enough to be included in developer’s program or it’s Beta Software program, the company is now releasing the third build versions of it’s many softwares, including iOS 12.3 build number 16F5139e, watchOS 5.2.1 build number 16U5101c, tvOS 12.3 build number 16M5139a, and macOS 10.14.5 build number 18F118d.

As normal, developers will either receive the update OTA, or can download the latest build from the Apple Developer Center. The new builds of iOS 12.3 and tvOS 12.3 both include the new TV app, prepping for the release of the new Apple TV+ and Channels experience.

For those interested, you can head over to Apple’s Beta Software Program website if you would like to sign up to test the new builds. However, those aspiring to try these new builds should have a spare device, as these are not stable builds and you do not want them on your primary day to day device.
