Amex 2016

American Express has just announced their “new” Windows 10 store app for US Windows users. The app itself doesn’t appear to be new from what we can see from the store reviews – but we’re unsure whether those comments refer to this new app or an older version that was optimised for Windows 10 [Update- we’ve been tipped that the app was silently released in December]  however Amex themselves are just publicising the app so we’ll treat it accordingly.

The app features the following;

  • Pay your bill
  • Enroll in AutoPay
  • Enroll in Paperless Statements
  • Keep track of recent activity
  • Access [monthly billing] statements (past 6 months)
  • View your FICO® Score   Reap the benefits
  • Save with Amex Offers
  • Watch your purchases increase your Rewards Program balance

The app is a Windows 10 app so it supports Windows 10 features like adaptable scaling, increased speed and support for Microsoft’s continuum on mobile. The app is limited to users in the United States only, so users in any other region will not be able to download the app or make use of its features if they change their region.

If you’re an Amex user in the United States, you can download the Windows store app from the link below.
