Amazon’s premium music streaming service, Amazon Music Unlimited is now growing faster than its rivals, Spotify and Apple Music. While Spotify’s number of subscriptions grew 25% YoY,
Amazon Music Unlimited saw a 70% YoY growth. In April this year, Amazon had more than 32m subscribers for its music streaming services, which includes both Prime Music and Amazon Music Unlimited.

Amazon Music’s growth is largely because of Alexa and Echo devices. Amazon offers subscriptions at different price points. If you are a Amazon Prime user, you can get an individual subscription at $8/month. If you are a student, you can get it for $4.99/month. You can also get a subscription for single Echo or Fire device for just $3.99/month. Family plan allows up to 6 members to enjoy unlimited music for just $14.99/month.
