The Lumia 950 range has some issues, primarily related to the operating system being somewhat unfinished, resulting in poor battery life and issues around crashes and resets.

It seems to Amazon Germany these problems amount to devices which are “not in order”, resulting in the company pulling the handset from their store as a direct seller.

The company has posted the above warning, saying:

ITEM IS BEING INSPECTED

This item is available from various Marketplace resellers but not from Amazon.de. Customers have reported that the items in stock might be faulty or not according to their description on the website.

We are working on a fix for this problem. This item might be available through a different reseller.

DrWindows.de speculates a high return rate may triggered the warning. Two of our editors have already returned their Lumia 950 XL handsets, primarily due to poor battery life.

With Microsoft still pushing out updates to Windows 10 Mobile to fix bugs, do our readers think the Lumia 950 and 950 XL is “faulty” or is Amazon over reacting? Let us know below.
