Earlier today, Microsoft’s CEO, Satya Nadella officially announced that Stephen Elop, the head of the devices division at Microsoft is leaving the company. Alongside Stephen Elop, Mark Penn – another top executive at Microsoft is also leaving the company.
Satya Nadella also revealed that Terry Myerson will now lead the devices division at Microsoft. Obviously, this is a huge shake-up for the company. Alongside Elop and Penn, Jo Harlow, the head of Microsoft’s Phone Business is also leaving the company. A Microsoft spokesperson told The Verge has confirmed Jo Harlow’s departure.
