Likely in preparation for rolling out Mango, it appears Microsoft’s servers are no longer delivering the older Windows Phone 7 updates, including the pre-NoDo, NoDo and post-NoDo security update.
Users checking for updates with devices running older versions of the OS are being told their phones are up to date, even when they are clearly not.
It is widely rumoured that Mango will be delivered today, and all Windows Phone 7 updates roll up the previous versions, so if Microsoft delivers the update today it should not be a problem.
It seems that’s a kind of a hint about delivery then, isn’t it…
