14 years after Age of Empires III was released and two years after its initial announcement, Age of Empires IV has finally risen from the ashes during X019.

You can watch the gameplay reveal trailer below.

The acclaimed RTS franchise returns with Age of Empires 4. Experience the epic, historical battles that shaped the modern world.

The studio behind the game has also finally revealed its new name as World’s Edge. Relic Entertainment are still involved in the development of Age of Empires IV, though, if the logo in the trailer is anything to go by.

No release date was given for the game during X019.
