AdDuplex: Windows 10 May 2019 Update(1903) continues its growth, now on more than half of surveyed Windows 10 PCs

AdDuplex has published its report for October, giving us details about how fast users are adopting the Windows 10 May Update. And according to the October stats, Windows 10 May 2019 update(a.k.a. Windows 10 1903) doing exceptionally well and currently tops the list of the most used versions of Windows 10.

As you can see in the above image, the Windows 10 May 2019 Update(1903) usage share now stands at 56.6%, up from 45.5% last month. And that makes Windows 10 1903 Update the most used version of Windows 10 at this moment.

Sitting right next to May 2019 update is Windows 10 October 2018 Update(1809) with a 25 percent usage share, down from 25.5% share last month. On the other hand, the usage share of Windows 10 April 2018 Update(1803) has dropped significantly, it slipped to 13.6 percent from 24.1 percent last month.

Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and holds 1.8% of the share, while the Windows 10 Creator update along with other older versions holds only 2.5% share.

It’s worth noting that the AdDuplex data is based on more than 90,000 PCs running UWP store apps, therefore, it never paints the whole picture.
