A Philippines blogger has managed to get a hands-on with the Acer DX650, a device we called a strange duck when it was first revealed.
It still remains just as strange, but its Janus-like feature set does have a strange attraction. It is clear the designed meant to address Windows Mobile Professional’s lack of one-handed usage by adding a full dumb phone to the back, and this is exactly what they achieved.
According the the buggedlife blogger this combination does work surprisingly well, but is let down by the size of the small screen, meant mainly for SMS use, and that the device is only slightly slow. He does however hold high hopes for a Windows Mobile 6.5 update to bring greatness to the device.
