Acer announces all-new Aspire notebook series with up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics and more

At its press event today, Acer today announced the all-new Aspire notebook lineup. Aspire notebooks are targeted towards the mainstream customers who look for a single device that will cater to their needs. Acer is today announcing Aspire 1, Aspire 3, Aspire 5, and the top-of-the-line Aspire 7.

Aspire 7:

Aspire 7 features up to 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics. And it comes with up to 32 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz memory and storage up to 2 TB and M.2 SSD up to 512 GB. It also features a HD camera with HDR while Dolby Audio Premium provides a great sound experience. 2×2 MIMO 802.11ac wireless technology and Gigabit Ethernet allows you to enjoy fast data transfers. It is packed in a sleekly designed shell with a premium aluminium cover that features a highly stylized texture. There’s a USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1 port, USB 3.0 port that supports power-off charging, and another two USB 2.0 ports. The Aspire 7 comes with either a 15-inch or 17-inch display. The Acer Aspire 7 series will be available in EMEA in July starting at €899.

Aspire 5:

Aspire 5 is powered by up to 7th Gen Intel Core processors and latest NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and a maximum of 20 GB DDR4 2400 MHz memory. You can go for storage with HDDs up to 2 TB and M.2 SSDs up to 256 GB. It features 15.6-inch HD or Full HD display. Acer TrueHarmony delivers a better audio experience, while two digital microphones with Acer Purified Voice ensures a great Cortana experience. The Acer Aspire 5 series will be available in EMEA in June starting at €549/ £899.

Aspire 3:

The Aspire 3 comes features a 14-inch HD, 15.6-inch HD or 15.6-inch Full HD display. You can select from Intel Core, Celeron and Pentium processors, with up to 12 GB of memory. It also comes with Acer’s BlueLightShield technology to help reduce eye strain while looking at the display. The Acer Aspire 3 series will be available in EMEA in June starting at €399 / £329.

Aspire 1:

The Aspire 1 built for everyday tasks and it is targeted towards users looking for a notebook for family sharing and web browsing or as a second device. It comes with a one-year subscription of Office 365 Personal, and 1 TB of OneDrive storage. 802.11ac wireless technology enables fast internet speeds. It features one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, a HDMI port and Ethernet. It is powered by Intel Celeron or Pentium processors with 32 or 64 GB eMMC storage, 4 GB DDR3L memory and Intel HD Graphics supported by up to 9 hours of battery life. This 14-inch device comes in a sleek chassis that measures less than 18 mm in height and weighs in at just 1.65 kg. The Acer Aspire 1 series will be available in EMEA in June starting at €249 / £279.
