Earlier this year,Google announced a rebrand for the Android Wear platform. Now the company is rolling out a much-needed UI update for the Wear OS.

The latest update brings UI changes for the home screen. Starting today, swiping right on the watch will take you to the Google Assistant feed where you can get all the latest updates like the weather, and maps. On the other hand, swiping left will take you to all the fitness related things, like the redesigned Google Fit.

The latest update is rolling out the smartwatches with Wear OS. You should automatically get the new update and if not you can head to Settings>System>About>System Updates to download the update manually. With Google launching the rumoured Pixel Watch with Pixel 3 soon, we can expect more updates to the Wear OS platform.
