Brazilians demand #NewMobileDevicesInBrazil from Microsoft in online protest

Brazil went from one of the largest market for Windows Phones to Microsoft’s redheaded stepchild, with the company declining to release any of the new generation of Windows 10 Mobile devices there, and excluding the region from its short list of focus markets.

This has left loyal Brazilian Windows Phone users confused and angered, and has led leading Brazilian Windows Phone site WindowsTeam.com.br to start a protest organized around the #NewMobileDevicesInBrazil hashtag in which the site asks Microsoft to deliver clarity around future support for the region, and to ideally deliver either the current or next generation of Windows 10 handsets to eager buyers there

So far the hashtag has seen more than 8000 tweets and retweets with users saying:
