Microsoft released Windows 10 Mobile a few months ago. Today, BLU finally announced the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade for its devices. The company has released Windows 10 Mobile for its Win HD, Win HD LTE, and Win JR LTE X130E Europe/Asia.
