Toshiba kirabook 13Toshiba Kirabook, one of the premium Windows Ultrabooks  that available last year got its internals refreshed today. Toshiba Kirabook already had top of the line specs including 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Intel HD graphics and the 13.3-inch PixelPure display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. The updated Kirabook comes with latest 4th gen Intel processors delivering upto 9 hours of battery life. It also features three USB 3.0 ports, HDMI out and a full-size SD Card reader.

Kirabook was only available in the US and Japan so far. However, Toshiba has planned to begin sales of Kirabook in the Europe starting this quarter(Q1 2014). The UK, France and Germany have this devices in retail stores. Toshiba has also decided to drop price tag by $100 from the previous gen models. It now starts at $1499.
