Update: Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey suffered a last-minute delay on Xbox One. No new release date was announced and it’s not available on the Microsoft Store.
Every week a handful of games release on Xbox One and many elude owners of the console due to their timid marketing. Xbox Wire makes sure you know about them. A lot of these games are absolutely phenomenal and itโs a shame that they arenโt noticed. Here are some games coming out between March 20 and March 24 which you should check out. Some of the titles are quite obvious while others may surprise you.
Mass Effect: Andromeda
Mass Effect: Andromeda is the long-awaited continuation of the Mass Effect series. An EA Access trial has been available since March 15 and offers 10 hours of unlimited access to the multiplayer component and a taste of the single-player gameplay. You can find our full review of the game here.ย
Troll & I
Troll & I follows Otto and a mystical troll as they sneak their way across a forest to reach safety. The game looks like an incredible third-person adventure even though itโs a little rough around the edges.
This Is the Police
This Is the Police might have a simple aesthetic but it deals with crime and corruption. You play as police chief Jack Boyd and must manage the precinct. Apart from that, you have to investigate numerous crimes and outwit the mafia. Itโs never a dull day!
Watch Dogs 2: Human Conditions
Watch Dogs 2โs next expansion is coming out on Thursday. Play through the three story-driven operations, new co-op challenges, and new tools like the Jammer to continue the adventure. The add-on continues the tradition of chaos.
Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey
Dreamfall is a popular adventure game series available on Steam. In Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey, Zoe Castilloโs story comes to a close. Players will revisit familiar characters and locations previously experienced in the franchise.
Apart from the games mentioned above, Xbox One is getting 88 Heroes and Worlds of Magic: Planar Conquest this week. There might be other surprise releases in there too. While this week isnโt as eventful as the last, there are still a lot of great games Xbox One owners should try out.
